Ashley S. O'Neil, Esq.

PARTNER

Ashley brings a strong business acumen and a deep commitment to service in her legal practice, offering compassionate and knowledgeable representation to her clients. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and went on to obtain her Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University, graduating with the highest distinction in pro bono hours and public service. During her time at Georgia State, she served as President of the Parents Attending Law School (PALS) student organization, demonstrating her leadership and advocacy for nontraditional law students. In her final year of law school, Ashley participated in a study abroad program entitled “Children’s Rights and the Law” at the United Nations University for Peace Center for Executive Education. This experience was pivotal in shaping her vision for a career dedicated to representing and advocating for families. Ashley continues to dedicate her time and resources to organizations that serve children in both local and global communities.

In her law practice, Ashley channels that same passion. When coupled with her strong business background, she is able to provide thoughtful guidance and effective advocacy to individuals and families facing family law matters. Ashley has practiced family law exclusively since 2019 and is driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact through the law. She continues to demonstrate success both in and out of the courtroom with empathy for her clients remaining her top priority.

When she is not practicing law, you will find Ashley spending time with her husband and three kids, enjoying a patio dinner with friends, or seeking out a beach she has not yet visited!
